The number 6600A63 started as an internal melt code in 2016 — furnace 66, batch 00, revision A63. That revision survived 214 failed casts to become the most balanced high-zinc alloy we've ever made: weldable, machinable, anodizable, and stable at 150°C continuous.
Today we ship 340 tons per month to UAV makers, eVTOL startups, Formula Student teams, robotics OEMs and satellite integrators. Every plate ships with a QR-linked metallurgical passport: chemistry, hardness map, ultrasonic C-scan and CNC program hash.
